Do I need to have a business already to be able to take this course?

No, but you do need to be in the process of starting one and have a general idea of what you will be doing. It can be any kind of healing, coaching, service based online business.

What is hypnosis?/What is subconscious healing?

Have you ever been asleep? Perfect! You’ve been hypnotized. Hypnosis is simply taking your brain into a lower brain wave state so that we can bypass the subconscious barrier keeping the life you WANT to live out of your subconscious, and create your new reality. 

Your subconscious is the part of your brain function that you are currently unaware of. Think of things like your heart beating, sure… but also your subconscious contains ALL of the programs (ie. memories) that you experienced as a child from ages 0-8 and your ancestral trauma. This trauma keeps you stuck as your subconscious stops developing around age 8, and controls over 95% of your current reality, without you even realizing it!

Will there be homework/additional time needed in addition to the class sessions?

I will give optional homework each week, ie. journal prompts, different healing techniques. However, nothing is required. It will be best if you are able to re-do the subconscious processes at least once during the weeks in between, but not necessary.

Does it matter if I’ve never done any sort of healing before?
